[Hà Nội] Customer Service Representative (8-month contract)

Job Description

• Receiving and processing the order from Customer / Sales team. To solve any problem from internal or external department

• Take responsibility for follow up the order and make sure that delivery processing on time and exactly

• Make good communication and relationship with partners

• To do report or admin job that is assigned by CS Team Leader/CS Manager

Job Requirement

• College degree or higher qualifications is required

• At least 01 year of admin sales

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as pleasant personality and good service orientatio
