- The service trainer for Charles & Keith and Pedro will deliver, improve and monitor a variety of globally standardized training courses to develop Maison people and ensure their personal and professional excellence.
* MAIN TASKS:
- Delivery of various in-store training to achieve the Company's Customer Service Standard
- Champion various projects and initiatives to enhance quality of customer experience
- Be responsible for operation training plan, implementation, and effectiveness
- Provide feedback on learning and fashion programs to enhance store staff’s skills so that they are equipped with necessary skills to achieve business goals
- Follow up training effectiveness through in-class evaluations, in-store checklists, in-store evaluations, etc.
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in related fields
- Minimum 2 years working experience in conducting trainings, preferably in Retail/Beauty industry
- Good in English (both writing and speaking)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel)
- Pro-active, independent and meticulous
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Training/ L&D certifications will be a plus
- Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style.
