Job Requirement
Mechanical/Automobile Engineer with 5-10 Years of relevant experience in Design and Development of Exterior Components for Passenger Vehicles
Complete knowledge & hands on experience in designing Plastic & Sheetmetal Components like Bumper, Cowl, Fender, Tailgate, Grille, etc. along with their sub-system
Design Expertise in Packaging, Master Sections, A- Class Surface feasibility check, Vehicle Regulation & Performance
Good experience in Input data study, Benchmarking, understanding OEM requirements
Good knowledge in automotive design and safety standards/regulations
Make closed volume and design B-side features for proper mounting, Hemming creation, etc.
Tooling feasibility check and report generation, part modification as per tooling
