Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, integrating adult learning principles and blended learning approaches (e.g., online, offline, experiential) to cater to diverse learning styles.
Program Facilitation: Facilitate impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, utilizing dynamic techniques to foster an engaging learning environment.
Onboarding Programs: Develop and oversee structured onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires, enhancing their understanding of company culture and expediting their contributions.
Performance & Development Support
Performance Consulting: Partner with department heads to address performance gaps, recommend targeted learning interventions, and assist in creating individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
Performance Management Integration: Align L&D initiatives with performance management processes, supporting employee development goals and career progression.
Mentoring & Coaching Programs: Design and implement mentoring and coaching initiatives to facilitate knowledge transfer, skill enhancement, and leadership growth within the organization.
Learning & Development Administration & Evaluation
Program Evaluation: Implement robust assessment methods to measure training effectiveness, analyze data, and gather insights to continually enhance program content and delivery.
Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee LMS implementation and maintenance, ensuring all employees have access to a centralized platform for learning resources, progress tracking, and training records.
Budget Management: Support the planning and management of the L&D budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective program delivery.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on L&D activities, program effectiveness, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and highlight the impact of learning investments.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector.
Proven experience with learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning tools.
Experience in a shared services model, providing L&D support across multiple business units or subsidiaries.
