Full Cycle Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters for all positions across group companies
Candidate Screening: Review incoming applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and salary expectations
Interview Process Management: Plan and coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview materials for hiring managers, and ensure smooth interview execution
Pipeline Management: Track and maintain updated recruitment pipeline data
2. Candidate Management & Communication
Job Posting Management: Create and distribute job postings across various recruitment channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment websites
Candidate Relations: Act as primary point of contact for all candidates, ensuring professional and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
Background Verification: Execute reference check process and coordinate background verification for final candidates
Offer Processing: Prepare offer letters, facilitate salary negotiations when needed, and follow up with candidates to ensure timely responses
3. Data Management & Reporting
Recruitment Database: Maintain accurate and updated records of all recruitment activities and candidate information using Excel and company's standardized templates
Performance Reports: Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports highlighting key metrics such as hiring progress, pipeline status, and source effectiveness
Document Management: Organize and maintain both digital and physical recruitment documents ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality
Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze basic recruitment metrics to provide insights on hiring efficiency and areas for improvement
4. Administrative Support
Document Preparation: Develop and maintain recruitment documents including job descriptions, interview forms, and offer letter templates
Hiring Manager Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, gather interview feedback, and provide recruitment status updates
Pre-onboarding Support: Prepare and organize new hire documentation to support smooth transition from candidate to employee
Recruitment Events: Support the planning and execution of recruitment activities including assessment centre, job fairs and campus recruitment programs
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Experience in high-volume recruitment and candidate management
Skills & Competencies
MS Office Proficiency: Strong Excel skills for maintaining recruitment data and creating reports
Process Management: Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment process and best practices
Language Ability: Good command of English and Vietnamese for effective written and verbal communication
Documentation Skills: Strong capability in creating and maintaining recruitment-related documents
Candidate sourcing techniques: Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels, including social media and job boards.
Interview Techniques: Experience in conducting effective preliminary interviews and candidate assessments
