Job Description

AR: Issuing invoice to customer, making SOA and follow up SOA with customer, record receipt
Follow general expenses, allocate it and depreciation fixed asset on both system
Compare data between two systems to ensure balancing
Check and release rebate to sales and customer
AP: record payment, checking payment request base on company regulation, record AP invoice
Work with team and handle trouble with teammate
Do daily and monthly report as manager requirement
Do other task as account manager's request
Bank reconcilation

Job Requirement

College/ University with Accountant/ Finance degree or relevan
Over 1 year's experience as general accountant position
Have knowledge relating to tax law, account regulation
Having professional accounting capacity, being capable of summarizing and mastering the accounting
Need to enter into 2 account systems.
Advance MS Excel skills and accounting system
Good communicate at English / Chinese is prefer
