In charge of the footwear division in collaboration with Principals Merchandise, including the following responsibilities:
- In new launch, select designs.
- Make sure each design has a price and an earning margin.
- Collaborate with VM and MKT to develop a weekly plan for the merchandise performance.
Plan imported and exported products for the South area working together with the logistic department.
Plan the Inventory Schedule weekly with Operation & Ecom & Warehouse to optimize OT or Transportation Cost, suitable with the delivery time, Holiday/High demand times.
Analyze and distribute SF2 channel-appropriate products by category and quantity.
Supervise responsibilities including the replenishment, consolidation, and pull-back of executive roles.
Collaborate with VM and MKT to develop a weekly plan for the merchandise performance.
Inventory Analysis: Category level, Region Consolidation, Ad-hoc/SKU/Collection situation conditioned.
Create and maintain brand stock reports and templates according to Group Brand Director directives.
Run SAP Pricing update, STO creation, WMS Bin location, Pooling Report System, and SAP Supply tool operations.
Job Requirement
Excel experience with complex equations, Macros, Pivot Tables/Chart, Excel Power Query and VBA.
1 – 3 years' experience in a merchandise planning role for apparel and accessories (shoe & bag).
Experience with Excel Power Pivot or other BI tools is a plus
Experience with cross functional teams such as merchandising, marketing, warehousing.
