Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolutions.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, recognition, and satisfaction surveys.
Develop and manage effective performance management programs.
Implement and enhance people operations processes, including compliance with labor laws.
Handle HR-related transactions, including benefits administration, leave management, and inquiries
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in HR function including Ops and HRBP
Experience in Mar-tech or affiliate marketing is a plus. (must)
Depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Vietnam labor code & social insurance law related.
Experience in establishing/ optimizing HR relevant policy and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Good English communication
