VAI TRÒ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM/ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Sales Support team to ensure alignment with Stride’s growth objectives.
· Supervise and manage team workflows to ensure efficiency within the team is maintained, as well as maintaining high internal service levels and turn-around times (TAT).
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations and support functions.
· Collaborate with Sales, Operations and IT teams to create seamless customer workflows.
· Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of customer proposals, quotes, and contracts.
· Establish and refine processes for customer application and customer onboarding in collaboration with the Sales, Operations and IT teams.
· Develop and monitor reporting, including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales support activities
· Act as a point of escalation to resolve complex customer and sales challenges efficiently.
· Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer journey through feedback and process improvements.
· Carry out coaching and training within the team as and when required.
· Host regular team meetings to provide a forum for information and ’best practice’ to be shared.

KĨ NĂNG YÊU CẦU/Preferred Skills:
· Graduated from College/University or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking or other related fields.
· 5+ years of experience in operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation, reporting and communication.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
Willingness to learn about the solar energy industry.
Proficient in English and Vietnamese (must have)
