Job Description
- Maintaining the reception & information HTR counter including HTR Lounge
- Check guest Passport/ ID at Casino entrance
- Assisting guests to check-in and check- out
- Assisting in F&B and other services in the Property
- Rooms & Main Hall
- Handling guests' problems and complaints
- Taking daily head count
- Rooms reservation, transportation (Shuttle bus), etc
- Rooms admin & control
- All necessary daily & periodic reports
- Issuing room and food vouchers/ coupon following Marketing Program
- Supporting role on all casino events and promotions
- Monitoring player's average bets / guest gaming profile
- Answering phone calls and checking emails
- All other paper works and customers database
- All other work that is not handled by other sections
Casino Membership Enrollment/Take care for Member card related
Job Requirement
- Presentable and cheerful
- Good PR skills
- Knowledgeable the guests
- Knowledgeable all existing promotions
- Programs, room guidelines etc.
- Knowledgeable about the services of the company
- All procedures, policies, guidelines
- Other guests related matters
- Competence on Computer and Sequel program.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.
- Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
- Prefer Korean/ Chinese language
- Prefer Height: 1.6m & Weight: around 48kg.
