- To assist the in-house counsels in responding to new regulations in a proper manner to ensure the compliance with laws by all staff in daily operation.
- To deal with legislation and regulatory changes from local authorities by timely update and report to supervisor and Management;
- To support other department operation by providing legal advices and monitor legal task force and project, as well as coordinating with related counterparties in handling legal / compliance issues;
- To be responsible for the compliance action program regarding (i) legal/compliance checks and (ii) training to all staffs on legal / compliance issues
- Bachelor in law.
- At least 5 - 6 years of Experience of working in banking sector or in a law firm.
- English: Upper - Intermediate level (Prefer Ielts 6.5 +)
PREFER
- Have Japanese language is an advantage
- Being attorney at law
