Job Description

技術工程：製程設備改善與IE工程-資深工程師/副理
1.進行設備和生產製程的改善，提高效能和品質，確保生產順利進行。
2.提出製程改善提案，優化生產製程，提高效率，降低成本。
3.處理和管理產品設計變更，確保ECR/ECN順利實施。
4.規劃人力和設備配置，確保資源分配合理，提高生產效益。
5.制定IE標準作業程序，進行工時評估，優化工作流程。
6.制定和監督設備保養SOP，預防故障，支持日後TPM實施。
7.中文聽說流利

1. Undertake improvements in equipment and production processes to enhance efficiency and quality, ensuring smooth production operations.
2. Propose process improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
3. Handle and manage product design changes, ensuring the smooth implementation of ECR/ECN.
4. Plan human resources and equipment allocation, ensuring rational resource distribution and enhancing production efficiency.
5. Establish IE standard operating procedures, conduct time assessments, and optimize workflow processes.
6. Develop and oversee equipment maintenance SOPs, prevent failures, and support future TPM implementation.
7. Fluent in listening and speaking Chinese.
