Administration:
1. Notarize the legal documents when needed.
2. Collect employee’s insurance registration/claim forms from all the sites and send them to insurance company.
3. Prepare monthly meeting, book meeting rooms, manage the hour of using meeting room in the month.
4. Receive/record/transfer phone calls, mails/documents delivery, manage delivery accounts.
5. Print/scan documents.
6. Collect VAT invoice.
7. Co-ordinate to communicate and submit reports to government departments (Tax department, Social security department & other government departments...).
8. Welcome guest/ candidates when they come to RCR office.
9. Arrange annual health check-up schedule for employees.
10. Organize company events (team building, year-end party…).
11. Arrange business trip, book air ticket, accommodation, transport…
12. Contact with all vendors/providers/suppliers to solve issues relating to admin tasks.
13. Support other staff at other sites.
14. Support and work closely with admin officers, HR, financial departments.
15. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager and Managers at the office.
Recruitment: For low-middle level position
1. Arrange interview schedules.
2. Search and propose effective recruitment channels.
3. Screen CVs, contact candidates. Conduct initial candidate screening by phone to compile a list of qualified candidates.
4. Arrange interview schedules.
5. Announce interview results to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates.
6. Prepare letter of offer for successful candidates.
7. Support to maintain and improve recruitment process, build and support to build recruitment questionnaires for each position.
8. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager and Managers at the office.

3. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree.
4. Minimum Experience: Not required.
5. Basic Knowledge: Knowledge of office administration.
6. Computer Skill: Fluent in all commonly used office software.
7. Languages Capability: Good communication skill in both Vietnamese & English.
