Job Description
1. Plan and coordinate official events organized by the company to ensure smooth execution.
2. Monitor and follow up on Health Insurance, Accident Insurance, and the compensation process to support employees effectively.
3. Collaborate with the HR Manager to conduct the annual staff performance evaluation process.
4. Supervise and manage cleaning services to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
5. Oversee all administration services, including landscaping, pest control, and other facility-related services, ensuring the highest quality standards.
6. Order, distribute, and monitor company office supplies such as uniforms, milk, paper, and stationery….
7. Arrange and supervise transportation services to ensure efficiency and quality.
8. Manage immigration services for expatriates, including Visa, Work Permit, Resident Card, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
9. Scrap Control: Monitor and manage scrap materials to ensure proper handling and disposal.
10. Prepare and submit monthly reports and analyses related to administrative tasks.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
