Drives operational tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle process and makes adaptations to ensure efficiency
Operational tasks from attraction to off-boarding including employment contracts, probation results, contract modifications and terminations
Maintain of HRIS (SAP) databases
Act as the first point of contact for employees to ensure timely support in line with Adnovum's values, policies, and procedures
Coordinate with Vietnamese authorities (e.g. Internal Labor Regulations)
Oversee payroll & SI-HI / PIT and coordinate with external providers
Update & streamline company policies and HR procedures
Labour law
Ensure that HR related activities are in line with labor regulations
Monitor labor law situation and derive measures
Understand the business needs
Build and maintain influential partnership with team leads to ensure that People Management measures support business needs
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Take care of employee's well-being
Act as a bridge between management and employees; resolve complex employee relationship issues, address grievance and conduct exit interview
Nurture a positive and performance driven working environment
Drive organizational development
Monitor the effectiveness and success of People Management programs and processes
Take part in projects within People Team and lead sub-projects cross Units
Job Requirement
What we’re looking for
To master this job, you should have
A university degree in HR/business management or related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in HR operation, C&B and HR Business Partnering
Preferable experience working for a European company
Solid good knowledge of Vietnam labor, tax and social security law related to key areas of responsibility
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS (experience with SAP is an advantage)
Project management skill, Innovation mindset and problem-solving skills
Capable to engage with different types of stakeholders with various personality profiles
Work collaboratively and professionally with local and remote teams
Work independently and take responsibility for and ownership of tasks
