Recruitment
Actively participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting jobs, and managing the hiring process through platforms such as Careerbuilder, Vietlam24h, BrandVN, AdJob, freelancers, and headhunters.
Oversee Maido's progress in the hiring process, from Online Screening Test to onboarding new candidates, ensuring equitable selection.
Prepare recruitment-related reports as needed.
Employees Management
Support the General Manager in onboarding and training processes to enhance retention, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Maintain employee records (attendance, NDA, personal information, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Evaluate employee performance based on direct supervisor’s feedback every two weeks.
Collect employee achievements and feedback for performance improvement.
Business Assets Management
Manage the export and import of company equipment and handle loan/return forms.
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, monitoring accounts, and budget tracking.
Others
Assist with daily administrative duties.
Provide support to staff members in other departments as needed.
Track department budgets and submit requisitions for additional funding as needed.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing and scanning documents into Maido's Data System.
