1. Get recruitment requests, post on websites, social network,….to receive CV from candidates.
2. Receive CV, check, consider and shortlist the potential CV to interview
3. Diccuss with Head of Department/ interviewee to interview, get the intervew result and feedback to the candidate
4. Discuss with passed candidate about information and requested documents for on-boarding.
5. Control the labor document, keep tracking.
6. In charge of recruit, check attendance and Payment of Outsourcing labor.
7. Implement related duties as assigned by Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager.
