Job Description
**Recruitment (60%)
- In charge leading the recruitment tasks: JD’s build up, screening CV, conduct phone interview, selected and arrange interview and offer letter, prepared for new- comer
- Key person for orientation program to ensure all new hires are provided with full HR’s information package
- Approach & flow up probation assessment, termination and disciplinary.
- Assist for training program for employees
**C&B (30%)
- Manage and check timesheet, OT, petrol claim, allowance as company policy and make payroll
- Approach and check to follow up the labor contract, appendix, Relocation decision,
- In charge SHUI complies as law - Manage PIT follow up: PIT code, independence register, PIT declaration
- Manage and final annual leave, check all kind of leave
- In charge all reports to government office as requirement of law
** Employees and company event (5%)
- In charge leading of company event: staff’s birth day, Women day, company trip, etc
- Check and support for Trade union to take care of employee
**HR data and expats (5%)
- Check and manage of HR data including record & filing FAST system, hard copy store
- Leading the task for work permit, TRC for expats process, PIT finalization when needed
- Other tasks will be assigned by HRM

Job Requirement
- University degree in HR management
- At least 2 years experiences in the same position
- Strong negotiation skill and communication skill
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, SHUI law, PIT law and other regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- The ability to handle the situation, collect and process information.
- Good teamwork and individual solving problem
