Responbility
HR management role
Develop and review integration training program for new employees.
Develop, review and explain HR policies and procedures including internal rules and regulation.
Support and advise employee engagement activities
Identify challenges and suggest solutions to improve Hr and Admin operations.
Interview candidates & get involved in making decision on selecting and hiring employees.
Work effectively with staffs at all levels to resolve HR and Admin related issues if any.
Conduct exit interview to understand why employees resign and leave company. From that, suggest solutions to improve remaining issues.
GA management role
Establish and monitor the implementation of the policy process in the company
Manage bill payment, contractor contract, voucher
Make reports and work with government agencies
Check, monitor and support works related to GA such security, car, canteen, fire fighting, facility, garbage,…
