1. Recruitment and Training (20%)
- Carry out human resource recruitment as required: post jobs, search, screen resumes, schedule interviews, pre-qualify interviews, send job offers, receive and disseminate company rules and regulations to new employees.
2. C&B: (60%)
- Manage employee records, work permits, visas,...
- Carry out evaluation, re-signing and termination of labor contracts.
- Perform timekeeping, calculate salaries for employees, answer questions about salaries according to company regulations.
- Manage employees' leave and compensatory days off.
- Social insurance: Monitor and resolve increases, decreases, sickness/maternity, new health insurance issues.
- Trade union: Coordinate with the accounting department to manage trade union revenues and expenditures, deduct union fees and quarterly expenses.
- Personal income tax
- Labor relations: Regularly check compliance with labor regulations; Handling labor discipline; Issue reward decisions.
- Regularly update information on state regulations related to salary regimes and policies.
3. Other jobs (20%)
- Carry out all types of periodic reports according to legal regulations.
- Support departments in organizing programs and events at the company.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
1. Job requirements
Under 150 employees.
Priority: Experience working at English centers; to use Misa software or other; Have experience in timekeeping for multiple shifts.
Have minimum experience of 2 years or more in a similar position.
Proficient in Excel, document editing skills, negotiation skills.
Knowledge: Mastery of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax; Ability to apply law to the Company's welfare policy.
Qualities: careful, meticulous, responsible at work.
The direct manager is Vietnamese
2. Benefits
Total income: 11,000,000 ~ 15,000,000 VND / month.
Working from Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00), Saturday (09:00 - 12:00)
