Responsible for managing HR and administration activities to ensure effective operations including:
· Recruitment and training
· Compensation & Benefit
· Employee Relations and compliance
· Administration operation
· Other activities related to medical examination and treatment
Responsible for developing and updating C&B process, regulations, and policies to ensure the following criteria:
· Comply with government policy, Labor Code, company regulations customer standards, and HR strategy.
· Budget optimization
· Motivating and promoting productivity
· Risk prevention and management
Plan and control budget to optimize budget usage
Research, and collect market information about C&B. Develop policies to attract and retain talents.
Manage Human Resource Management System: Soft & Hard copy
Responsible for developing the C&B system to ensure compliance with the process and regulations.
Responsible for developing staff profile management processes and implementing HR procedures such as: signing contracts, transferring, terminating contracts, promotions and demotion.
Responsible for developing and updating policies, procedures, regulations ... related to C&B team to ensure compliance with the law and demands from time to time.
Supervise, evaluate, contribute and prepare compliance reports; propose improvements in accordance with the actual situation.
Responsible for activities and issues related to ER and compliance including:
· Relevant policy and process
· Handle inquiries, complaints, violation of rules
Implement and supervise internal audit activities and be responsible for customer audit activities.
Corporate to implement HR strategy projects to ensure compliance with customers’ requirements and business strategy.
- Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budget
- Other duties assigned by the Senior Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Good at English
- Well-versed with Vietnam labor law, knowledge of the labor market
- Have at least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager position
- Good communication & good problem-solving skills
- Well organize skill
- Good knowledge of customer standards in the garment industry is a plus
- Can work under pressure
- At least 3 years of HR & Training and recruitment manager experience in companies that have more than 3,000 employees
- Best practices and customer standards in the garment industry
