Direct a process of recruitment & selection of staff and ensure that qualified personnel are selected and hired to fit with business and organization needs.
Prepare the labour contract for employees.
Perform social and health insurance procedures and register to relevant agency for employees on time.
Prepare payroll and bonus monthly.
Update labour regulation, salary scale, wage, and bonus regulation to register with state office according to the law.
Prepare the dispatch, assigning, benefit decisions according to the request.
Monitor annual leave of employees.
Manage personal record of employees.
Issue and distribute about administrative and personnel forms.
Monitor and report labor situation recurrently to state offices.
Manage security and cleaning sections.
Manage in-house training & development programs for staff and ensure that training & development needs are identified, and programs initiated.
Review Job description on an annual basic, conduct salary survey and develop merit pool.
Co-operation with director to review performance appraisal of employee.
Consulting for director about office administration and employee qualification.
Direct a process of organization planning to the evaluate structure, job design and manpower forecasting throughout the company.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Law
Min 3 years of experience in the position of HR.
Experience in building of KPIs, performance appraisal, policy, and company culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem - solving skills.
Good presentation skill - Strong computer literacy
