Actively participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing the hiring process.
Develop effective onboarding plans and serve as the main contact point for coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation.
Support the implementation of training programs and collaborate with project companies to organize mandatory training courses for power plants, as well as other technical and soft skills training as needed.
Plan and coordinate major company events.
Work with the administration team to organize events and welfare activities at the head office in HCMC and project sites in other provinces.
Manage the company’s Career page, ensuring quarterly updates to promote company news and attract potential candidates.
Maintain employee records (e.g., CVs, attendance, and personnel data) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and manage the monthly and yearly budget for HR-related functions.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of working experience in the role of HR generalist.
Experience in event organization and communication is an advantage
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
SKILL/ABILITY REQUIRED:
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ability to handle uncertainty and complex problems effectively.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under high pressure and tight deadlines.
Proficient in communication in both English and Vietnamese.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
