HR Officer

Job Description

Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a subsidiary of 1C company – the leader of Russian and Eastern European business solutions market. There are over 5000 companies in Vietnam using 1C solutions in their everyday business operation and 1C Vietnam partnership network actively expanding through the major cities across the country.

To support daily work of HR Department, we have an immediate opening for the position of HR Officer.

Job Description:

· Update and manage company regulations and internal documents to ensure compliance with related laws

· Maintain regular contacts and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policies, and procedures of the company

· Manage and keep track of learning and development activities of HR department and the company

· Manage and schedule meetings with partnered universities and organizations for office tours, job fairs and internship periods

· Be responsible for various HR reports and other essential reports of the department

· Other tasks as assigned by HRM

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificates

·       Minimum of 2 years working experience with proven experience in a similar role

·       Proficiency in the Vietnamese language, particularly in drafting documents; Candidates with good English skills will be preferred

·       Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

·       Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members

·       High level of integrity in a professional setting
