1. Procedures related to entire employee life cycle:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system & HR data.
- Procedures for evaluating contract new/renewal, ensure process align with the policy
- Process benefit enrollment and changes.
- Filling documents
- Manage the offboarding process, including guidelines, handover confirmation, issue and return termination decision & social insurance for employee
- Province guidance to employees and managers on related matters to C&B
2. Payroll, PIT, SHUI Processing:
- Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, Handle payroll inquiries and issues
- PIT & SHUI Monthly declaration
- Use TS24 for managing social insurance-related procedures.
3. General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with various HR projects as needed.
- Handle other assignment of line manager
