This role is to manage the employee life cycle effectively, enhance internal communication, foster a positive organizational culture, and support general HR operations:
1/ Employee Life Cycle Management
Handles the employment contract management regarding issuance, revision, and renewal of contracts;
Handle document processing for personnel changes in the company upon request (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, etc.)
Ensures that the onboarding and off-boarding procedures are carried out properly and promptly.
2/ HR General
HR data management, HR communication
Support administration tasks for the HR Division in general.
Contribute input initiatives to enhance HR practices/ policies & procedures.
3/ HR Projects
4/ Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 03 years of working experience in general HR operations, staffing, ELC, and internal communication.
