Job Description

This role is to manage the employee life cycle effectively, enhance internal communication, foster a positive organizational culture, and support general HR operations:

1/ Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Handles the employment contract management regarding issuance, revision, and renewal of contracts;
  • Handle document processing for personnel changes in the company upon request (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, etc.)
  • Ensures that the onboarding and off-boarding procedures are carried out properly and promptly.

2/ HR General

  • HR data management, HR communication
  • Support administration tasks for the HR Division in general.
  • Contribute input initiatives to enhance HR practices/ policies & procedures.

3/ HR Projects

4/ Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 03 years of working experience in general HR operations, staffing, ELC, and internal communication.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation & presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
