Be in charge of:
-HR planning: hiring process, newbie's onboarding and orientation training, evaluation systems
- Performance Management: Implementing and overseeing performance management processes, including setting performance standards, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to employees.
Benefits Administration: Administering employee benefits such as health insurance and other company-specific benefits.
- HR Administration: Maintaining human resources systems, employee records, and reports. They also manage payroll, update HR policies, and ensure data accuracy in personnel files.
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of HR strategies (workforce planning, succession planning, etc.)
- Labor Management (contract/attendance management, union support)
Qualifications:
-Language: English Advance Level
- 5 years of practical experience in HR management area (recruitment/evaluation/compensation/discipline, etc.)
- Bachelor's/Master's degree program in HR, Business, or other relevant fields.
- High proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of payroll and local regulatory/statutory compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, logical, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
