-Act as strategic and trusted HR by providing HR advice and support.
-Act as a change agent and key operator to support various HR projects and programs to drive and deliver our HR and business agenda.
-Work with business partners to meet their strategic resourcing needs.
-Directly participate in the recruitment process and consult line manager on selecting the right person for the right position at assigned level(s) in geographical area(s) of client group.
-Review and verify payroll, including hours worked, allowances, benefits, deductions, variable pay, sales incentives and taxes.
-Review and verify personal income tax, social insurance periodically and annual.
-Ensure compliance with state and local payroll laws and regulations.
-Conduct regular career development conversations with identified staff and work with line managers to follow up and realize plans.
-Identify and support the initiatives of the relevant talent program, succession planning, and the graduate and internship programs.
-Support managers on training needs analysis to identify and provide training solutions to employees
-Participate in the process of disseminating and implementing labour rules and regulations
-Participate in the process of reconciling, labour disciplinary breach when human resource issues arise in employees
-Responsible for the overall administrative functions of the organization to support for all employees
-Other tasks assigned by line manager.
-College/ University graduate or above
-5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years of experience in both talent acquisition and HR Business Partner for supportive production; Feed industry experience a plus. Proven HR generalist experience
