Overview:
The HRBP Manager is a strategic partner to senior management, particularly C-level executives, driving organizational performance through tailored HR strategies. This role combines business acumen with HR expertise to support talent development, optimize workforce planning, and align HR initiatives with the company’s overarching goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Workforce Planning
• Research labor market trends in retail and key functional areas (e.g., Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations).
• Leverage insights to inform workforce planning and advise senior management on emerging opportunities.
2. Consultation and Advisory
• Partner with senior leadership to address complex workforce challenges and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leaders by identifying key leadership gaps and recommending targeted initiatives to build critical capabilities aligned with business objectives.
3. Program Development and Execution
• Create and manage tailored HR initiatives, including talent development, workforce planning, and performance management, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with the Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver high-impact HR solutions on schedule and meet the required quality standards while effectively addressing the company's evolving needs.
4. Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and best practices to maintain a fair, equitable, and legally compliant work environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP Manager or similar role in large organizations.
• Demonstrated success in strategic HR consulting and measurable program implementation.
Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, particularly in retail and adjacent industries.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to design innovative solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills, with a focus on building trust and credibility.
• Proficiency in labor laws and regulatory compliance.

• Systematic thinking and data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
