Development Strategic Management
● Develop and implement a sustainable Learning and Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business needs to foster employee growth and support overall business success.
Drive Learning and Development Interventions
● Partner with function Leaders/Managers to consult on custom learning programs for department specific needs.
● Curate learning content, and ensure effective delivery and completion of training programs.
● Advise on and select optimal learning and delivery methods to enhance knowledge retention and sustainability
● Identify gaps in existing learning content and collaborate with relevant teams to innovate, create, or test new content for continuous improvement.
● Serve as the project manager for L&D events, ensuring all requirements are met and courses run smoothly.
● Utilize data collection tools and analytics to drive improvements and recommend future enhancements for learning solutions.
● Develop and coordinate systems to provide accreditation for programs.
● Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements.
● Deliver and facilitate training sessions as needed.
● Manage program costs within budgetary constraints.

● Graduated with a University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related majors…
● At least 7 years of working experience as Training/Development sectors (at least 2 years in a management role).
Skills:
● Ability to build and maintain good internal relationships with other departments.
● Ability to train some soft skills.
● Active listening.
● Logical thinking, active learning spirit, creativity at work.
● Work well under pressure.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PPT)
● Proficient in English communication.
Advantages:
● Experience in managing Technical Training Program in a Manufacturing/Construction organization is a plus.
● Experience in building LMS is a plus.
