Job Description
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, timesheet, and compliance. The individual will work closely with HRM to address employee needs, ensure smooth on-board process, and foster a positive work environment. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of HR best practices.
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain a database of candidates and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
- Coordinate on-board processes for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed and employees are smoothly integrated into the company.
- Collaborate with Admin in organizing employee engagement activities and programs.
- Assist HRM to promote the employer branding.
- Collect and process timesheets, leaves, and attendance records to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Register Social Insurance/ Private Insurance and PIT for employees.
- Support the procedures and policies of the Trade Union.
- Maintain and update the employee database and other HR records.
- Assist in generating HR surveys, including recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction and so on.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Job Requirement
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1- 2 years of experience in an HR role.
· Familiarity with labour laws and employment regulations.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Basic English communication.
· Having experiences in HR software is a plus.
