Position Summary: This position will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, training, HR operations, and staff engagement activities
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:
Post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and arrange further interviews.
Maintain the recruitment database.
Assist in campus activities, Internship program, career fair and other event or campaigns.
2. Training:
Arrange logistics for training sessions and workshops.
Track training progress and maintain records.
Conduct Orientation training for New Commers.
Follow up on the completion of mandatory training courses.
3. HR Operations:
Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Maintain employee records in system.
Prepare HR documents and reports.
Handle HR inquiries and support employees.
4. Staff Engagement Activities:
Organize the events and activities.
Handle vendor payments and claims.
5. Other Assignments:
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
Provide support in various HR-related tasks as needed.
Job Requirement
Key Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required, with a major in Human Resources being an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in a related position.
Key Competencies & Skills
Good in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
