1. Program Development and Management:
• Design and manage the incubation program, including recruitment of startups, mentorship, and resource allocation.
• Develop a comprehensive incubation strategy aligned with the company’s innovation goals.
• Oversee the daily operations of the incubation program to ensure smooth execution.
2. Startup Identification and Selection:
• Identify high-potential startups and innovative projects within the e-commerce space.
• Develop and implement a robust selection process to recruit and onboard startups.
• Evaluate startup pitches and business models to determine viability and potential for success.
3. Mentorship and Support:
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to startups, helping them refine their business models and go-to-market strategies.
• Connect startups with internal and external mentors, investors, and industry experts.
• Facilitate access to necessary resources, including funding, technology, and workspace.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of incubated startups, providing regular feedback and support.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the incubation program.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the performance and impact of the incubation efforts to senior management.
5. Partnerships and Networking:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including venture capitalists, angel investors, and corporate partners.
• Represent Onpoint at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative community within the incubation program.
6. Innovation and Market Trends:
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce, tech, and fintech industries
• Identify emerging opportunities and threats within the market to inform incubation strategy.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
Requirements:
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Innovation, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
