Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Asia BPI team, a world class Training organization.
The Asia Business Process Improvement (BPI) team was established in 2015 in Dongguan, PRC, and has developed a reputation of offering quality Training to Business verticals within TTI Asia. Since 2023, BPI also provides training programs to our Vietnam organizations.
This position will focus on the implementation of BPI methodology such as Lean, Six Sigma, Project management etc. to different business units in Vietnam by communication, training, coaching, support to drive best practice project, preferably with strong engineering or manufacturing background. It will require the candidate to master communication and have extensive training and coaching skills.
The position will support the various TTI organizations around Ho Chi Minh City. The base office is expected to be at the TTI SHTP office. Weekly responsibilities will likely require 2 to 3 daily trips to other TTI facilities, either in Cuchi or Dau Giay areas, where engineering / manufacturing organizations are set.
Key Responsibilities
BPI training support (80%)
- Work together with BPI Asia team to drive Six Sigma, Quality tools (Such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE etc.), Lean and project management training & practice for Engineering, Manufacturing and other business verticals within TTi Vietnam.
- Lead to coordinate BPI training such as Training register, Invitation etc.
- Delivery high quality BPI Basic training courses such as 8D, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, FMEA etc.
- Play the bridge role between Asia Engineering service team with TTI Vietnam.
PLC training support (20%)
- Support PLC Product training coordination such as Training register, invitation and Training resources confirmation.
- Develop TTI product application Knowledge by the support of PLC Asia team and delivery some Basic PLC Training courses.
