• Execute and provide reports related to Training, and Organizational Development.
• Manage employee training and development records, update the organizational chart in the system.
• Coordinate/guide training programs for all levels, talent development programs, succession planning, and management trainee programs.
• Manage training evaluation for both internal and external training organizations/instructors, pre- and post-course assessment, and training records maintenance.
• Support internal communication programs (intranet, internal newsletters).
• Support the implementation of surveys, assessments, and the execution of long-term talent development plans.
• Support inspirational activities to foster employee engagement and create a friendly work environment.
• Implement and monitor training plans
• Perform other tasks as required by the direct LM
- At least 2 years of experience in Training & OD
- Good knowledge of Human Resources Management, especially in competency management, training, and development.
- Proficient in computer skills and English skills
