- Implement the Internal Audit programs according to the requirement of Internal Audit Manager, including: Auditing revenue and receivables, cost of goods sold, procurement and purchasing costs, inventory and fixed assets, cash, account payables, internal liabilities, cost and efficiency, operation.
- Verify and assess the efficiency and suitability of the Internal Audit system in protecting the assets of the company, the compliance with the provisions of laws, policies and regulations of the company.
- Check, analyze, reconcile, evaluate, report and make recommendations to the Internal Audit Manager about risks and weaknesses, gaps, errors in documents, transaction record, collating data and errors in the accounting/financing statements.
- Organize the monitoring, coordinate the implemention remedies, repair and prevent, report the execution progress to the Internal Audit Manager, Functional Heads.
- Review and improve the inspection procedures, reconcile and instruct work to ensure that the procedure, documents, transactions are recorded fully and reports are true and fair.
- Graduated of BA from university of Accounting and Auditing, Business Management
- 3 years working experiences in the similar position, including 2 years working at audit firm
- Experience in Food production, FMCG and retail industry.
- Communication English well
- Computer skillfully: MS Office Basic (Word, Excel, Access, Email, Calendar, Visio, PBI...)
- Honesty, Discipline, Persevere
- Understand the importance of internal audit objectivity; identify factors that may impair, or appear to impair, objectivity.
- Recognize the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the internal audit activity and the need for continuing professional development.
