The Employee Comms executive will contribute to the bigger goals by:
• Building narratives and telling compelling stories to our own employees
• Managing storytelling to employees across platforms and channels, and work with related stakeholders (both within and outside Comms) to ensure seamless and well-orchestrated communication across the organization.
1. Employee Communications:
• Develop executive and employee communications content, including but not limited to Executive Messages, announcements, and presentations, etc. across various communication channels and occasions.
• Establish and leverage the communications champion network to amplify internal communication efforts.
• Drive Employee Advocacy to enhance engagement and contribute to building our Employer Branding.
• Act as Communications Business Partner to collaborate with stakeholders from different functions to effectively communicate changes within the company.
2. Internal Events Management:
• Plan and execute internal events, including Town Halls, Leadership Team Meetings, and other relevant events.
• Manage event logistics, create communication materials, and ensure events contribute to a positive employee experience.
3. Channels Management:
• Manage and utilize a range of communication channels such as email, digital signage, screens, and Workplace.
• Ensure communication channels are optimally used and aligned with the overarching communication strategy.
• Drive increased employee engagement with content on Workplace.
• Bachelor of degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Event or a related field. Functional expertise (experiences, functional skills):
• At least 03 years of experience in communications, in house in a fast-paced business environment or with an agency in event organizing
• Familiar with short video editing tools.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box;
