Inventory Accountant Intern

Job Description

ofi Vietnam was established in 1997, and since then, they have established an extensive presence across different parts of Vietnam, with a head office in Ho Chi Minh City and more than 20 regional offices in various provinces. They are currently the largest exporter of cashews, pepper, and instant coffee in Vietnam, and they operate seven large factories with 7,500 employees across Central and South Vietnam. Their operations have an interface with a farmer network of 2 million farmers, and they have established sustainability programs for black pepper, coffee, and cashew.

Key responsibilities

• Inventory is one of key assets of business and it will have significant impact to profit and loss if not mornitor properly, we want to person to support us on develop inventory system where
  + Quality/Yeild of inventory having better tracking
  + Costing in system is in line with actual quality
  + Stock aging having better analysis and follow up with planing team
• Understand grade of inventory
  - Twice a week checking actual grade vs grade in system
  - Check actual quality of slow moving grade and work with planing for production plan / sale as scrap
  - Understand costing in system and compare with actual quality

Job Requirement

• Final year or freshed students in bachelor's of Auditing, Acccounting, Fiannce Economics.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
• Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service and remote working policy (2-3 days per week depending on tasks).
• Must have good academic records, prefer students from TOP big University where hold excellent program of Finance/Accounting/Auditing such as: UEH, FTU..
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player and able to work well with others
• Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn
