I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Warehouse Operations Management Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Inventory Control Establish and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory records, minimize discrepancies, and prevent stockouts and overstock situations across all inventory pools (factory, platforms, warehouses)
3PL Management Coordinate with 3PL to ensure timely delivery of inventory items, and address any issues related to stock irregularity for both outbound and inbound flows. Manage client/supplier relationships and communicate effectively to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
Inventory Analysis Analyze inventory data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize data insights to optimize inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in inventory management processes and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to align inventory management activities with organizational goals and objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
General - Graduate from top universities with a degree in Management, Business or Economics. Strong command of English for 3PL management tasks
Proven experience in inventory/warehouse management, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of warehouse operation planning, and control principles.
Proficiency in warehouse/inventory management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in inventory management.
