Daily operation:
- Cycle count & stock count task : create task on system, give task for Ops, check variance, final & send report
- Adjustment Inventory for shortage/ overage found during inbound, pick & pack, cycle count, adhoc case
- Design & send Inventory report : daily, weekly, monthly (follow customer’s request)
- Reporting for system, stock issue and following instruction from supervisor to resolve inventory stock on system match physical stock
- Housekeeping : Consolidate the items with fewer quantities into 1 location to release empty locations/ Consolidate all the old season stock and slow moving into 1 area
- Destroy : Prepare the items for disposal so that they can be delivered to the vendor for destruction, and deduct the stock from the system
- Transfer Inventory between different channels (B2B/ B2C)
- Compare the Inventory between the Maersk system and the customer's system
- Edit the Location master information when requested
- Support task collaboration with other team members and move between different blocks
Project developing
- Joining new project to set up operation process on testing, and deploying as request.
- Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency.
End results
- Meet customer KPI and Department KPI
- Meet business target
Accountabilities:
- Accountabilities as assigned
**** Working days: 6 days/week.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree
Professional Qualification/Certification:
- Preferably with Accounting.
Experience:
- Preferable to have at least 1 year of experience in warehouse accounting or general accountant.
- Good in Microsoft office especially MS Excel.
- Being careful, good at data processing & data analysis
