Main Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of the company and directly manage the heads of Business Development, People & Culture, Finance and Accounting, Academic and IT Department.
Organize the personnel structure, transfer, and rationalize human and financial resources.
Chairing meetings related to business operations, People & Culture, Finance and Accounting, Academic, IT, giving consultations on the activities of departments within the assigned authority.
Representing the Branch Manager to receive and handle administrative and legal work internally within the Company and with agencies and partners.
Operate the attendance system, pay salaries, bonuses and policies for employees in accordance with current laws and company regulations & handle relationships related issues. , labor discipline, reward.
Deploy and develop sales services.
Advise branch manager and Deploy work assignment, check and monitor performance, evaluate work efficiency of employees throughout the company.
Orientation for training and professional development for employees throughout the company In order to improve the quality of human resources.
Develop the organizational structure, executive system of the company in the short, medium and long term and submit it to the branch manager for consideration and approval for implementation.
Research and improve customer service quality including but not limited to: teaching staff, customer service for each cluster...
Advising branch managers to build operational models of projects (ISTEM, Edtech...). Accordingly, supervising and operating the project team to do the work.
Prepare and implement business development strategies in assigned domains.
Build and develop functional relationships locally and regionally relevant to the company's operations.
Research, analyze and update changes of laws and regulations related to education, educational technology, intellectual property and other policies important to Education. From there, advise the Branch Manager to develop appropriate product policies/programs.
Perform duties of Branch Manager when authorized
