Job Description

Implement and maintain required content of HSEQ integration system

Updating, research current legal documents, customer documents, send legal documents to relevant departments and assessment of compliance

Establish the policy/procedure and make adjustments when there is a change from, ISO standards, legal documents or customer standards

Develop, implement and monitor compliance with laws, Organization for Standardization, C-TPAT standards to deparment related

Implement training to ensure that all employees about ISO/CT-TPAT

Organize and participate audit in the factory

Perform internal audits of ISO/C-TPAT: discovere, investigate, find root cause and plan action, take preventive remedy

Contact with incorporation about contract & time audit

Prepare documents for official audits from customers and third parties, take corrective action, and monitor performance

Organize meetings with BOD and related departments on the implementation and maintenance of systems

Management review meeting report content about ISO integration system

Set up and track safety and environmental energy usage and save energy program. targets. Collect, synthesize and analyze energy, water and waste data.

ISO/ CTPAT/Product security/ GRS,/RCS other sustainability project
