Management of site/accounts SLA, SLO with IT stakeholders, and business operations.
Deliver efficiencies by contributing to Global Projects including automation by tracking & completing site-specific actions/projects on time.
Onboarding New Accounts, managing Ramp Up & Ramp Downs, Account Movements & capturing new client requirements to work with the solutions teams & get it implemented & manage client visits.
Coordinate with the FM team for site-specific requirements related to data center.
Hands-on handling of IT Ticket resolutions on ITIL-based framework, maintaining systems compliance and audits as per COPC, ISO 27001 etc. standards & ensuring 100% contract compliance.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems as they arise, either independently or in collaboration with other IT professionals & communicating real-time updates to the related team.
Designing and deploying enterprise-level hardware and software systems that support the organization’s operations.
Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure systems to ensure they remain operational and secure.
Developing disaster recovery plans and procedures in conjunction with other IT professionals.
Keeping abreast of technological advancements and emerging trends in hardware, software, and systems management to inform decision-making about IT infrastructure.
Ensure patch deployment on servers, firewalls, network devices, and compliance management are up to date.
Creating and maintaining documentation related to the company’s technology systems. This includes things like system configurations, policies and procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Achieving and Maintaining high IT VOC scores.
Identify & report possible/potential exposures that may lead to fraud/non- compliance. Ensure 100% compliance to IT & business processes & org policies.
Job Requirement
College/University degree in Information Technology.
2 - 5 Years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT Environment.
Certifications: CCNP, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), MCSE, MCA Azure Administrator, MCE Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator.
Excellent Proven skills in Customer & Client Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, RCA & Ticket Analysis.
Hands-on experience in Site IT Operations, IT Service Delivery & Shift Management.
Hands-on experience on:
a. Server operating systems such as Windows, and Linux.
b. Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
c. Storage area networks and storage management systems
d. Networking hardware and software such as switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
e. Data backup and recovery software
f. Remote administration software
g. Scripting languages such as Bash, and PowerShell
Willing to work in night shifts, a 24/7 environment.
