- College/University degree in Information Technology.
- Certifications: CCNP, CCSP.
- Certifications or proven ability to manage Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Demonstrable experience in managing Domain and email servers.
- Experience in deploying, maintaining, and upgrading infrastructure (servers/networks/firewalls).
- Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure issues and providing technical support.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT infrastructure policies and procedures. Preference for candidates with experience in Call center/Contact center systems.
- Understanding of system architecture and networks/firewalls.
- Knowledge of virtualization technology and hybrid environments.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise security solutions.
- Familiarity with information security processes and standards.
