Monitor all equipment status and keep it running steadily.
Troubleshooting any issues with server room equipment or software system and coordinate with HQ IT or 3rd party supplier when necessary for system upgrade or maintenance.
Propose server room maintenance /upgrade plan when necessary.
Maintain clean and neat environment in server room.
Networking system
Keep monitoring network system running status.
Coordinate with ISPs to keep internet access stable ,tracking issues & contract with ISPs.
Maintain the internal network, keep it stable and fast. Quick response to any network issue and coordinate with HQ IT or 3rd party of supplier when support needed.
Manage network equipment life cycle, propose network improvements solution, deployment network solutions approved by SLGH’s management.
Quick response to any issues of user’s computer or other office IT equipment.
Coordinate with purchasing team for IT equipment sourcing.
Upgrade IT equipment when there are requirements and approved by SLGH managements.
In charge of printing Employee Badge for employees and to make sure the information on the badge is correct and in good condition. To receive the handed-over employee badge from resigned employees to use shredding machines to destroy to ensure to Personal Data Security per Circular 13/2023/NĐ-CP dated 17th April, 2023.
CCTV system
Daily check for CCTV system’s running status.
Fix the CCTV system when there are issues. (camera / server / screen / cables, etc.)
Coordinate with supplier for system upgrade or maintenance with approval from managements.
Telephone system
Monitor the phone system’s running status, report any issues to management and coordinate with supplier for system maintenance or upgrade.
Maintenance for phone cables / extensions.
Other IT related system
Purpose or coordinate with HQ IT for solutions of new business requirements.
Implement / deployment new IT solutions with managements approval.
Inventory of IT relevant machines, equipments or PCs
Establish and update status of each IT relevant items
In the information, also show user, app, repair record and etc.
B. Software support
Stella ERP / HR
Help users for system operation and response their inquire of how to use the system.
Coordinate with HQ IT regarding any system issues.
Collection system usage status and user needs, coordinate with HQ IT ERP team for system adjustment / new features development.
OS/Office software:
Keep tracking of M365 users account list and license usage.
Help user for daily inquires or common issues.
Seek support from relative teams for issues that can’t be resolved locally.
Package software
Help user for common software issues.
Coordinate with supplier for software system support.
Coordinate with HQ IT on software system sourcing when necessary.
C. Information security
Anti-virus software
Make sure all computers have anti-virus software installed and all up to date.
Monitor the anti-virus’s server status and fix issues or support HQ IT for anti-virus system maintenance / deployment.
User account managements
Manage user account for all local systems, deactivate account when user resigned and implement password complexity and other security policies.
Request account for user for all the stella group systems (ERP / HR / M365, etc.)
Access control
Request / tracking user’s permission for stella group systems (ERP/HR/M365, etc.).
Grant/revoke permission for local systems with managements approval.
Separate IT’s own account with management account. Management account can only be used for system maintenance or permissions manage purposes. And management account should have audit log enabled.
Software/App control: Monitor and control each company use machines (Desktop, Laptop, copy machines and etc.) to prohibit un-authorized software or App.
Backup & restore
Backup user’s data and keep it safe for any restore requirements.
Backup all server’s data/ configurations, in case of any re-setup or restore requirements.
All backup data should be encrypted and can only be accessed with managements approval.
Purpose data backup plan and implement after management’s approval. Improve data security.
Job Requirement
At least 2~3 years Computer and IT system maintenance experience including implement any kind of OS
Have Knowledge of network and security
Education: University IT relevant major degree
Language Skill: Vietnamese / Chinese / English
