Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues within the company.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot all IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and networking devices.
3. Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support, system upgrades, and equipment purchases.
4. Monitor and enforce IT security policies, ensuring data protection and network security.
5. Manage company-wide IT projects such as software installations, system updates, and network enhancements.
6. Train staff on using new software, technologies, or system updates effectively.
7. Document all IT-related procedures, incidents, and troubleshooting processes.
8. Maintain backups, disaster recovery plans, and ensure regular data protection measures are followed.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend necessary upgrades or improvements to management.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of system maintenance, network management, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
