Administer and implement high-availability network and computing infrastructure technologies and services serving the users.
Promote and enforce infrastructure standards for operations, security, and data integrity and for availability, performance, and capacity management. Provide support to technical team members in regarding to systems maintenance, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with regional and global team members. Provide leadership and assistance in the selection, set up, implementation and support of information technology solutions and business process change management to support the manufacturing environment
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Science or related areas.
2+ years of experience in PC and Network system support and administration, and end-user support. Knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows) and network operating systems, (Windows Server) as well as network and communication protocols. Cisco certification (CCNA) and Microsoft certification (MCSA) desired.
Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook Email and Internet Explorer.
Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
Knowledge of network/server backup systems

Good knowledge of Microsoft Server Windows Operating Systems, Network operating systems (Microsoft 2008/2012/2016 Server) and Data communication protocols/technologies preferred.
Good customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users and management. Good command of spoken and written English
Demonstrated problem solving and work prioritization skills. Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated. Familiarity with administration and support of voice communications
