Job Description

The role will focus primarily on support for the partners and senior legal team in providing corporate/commercial advice and transactional legal work;
Conduct legal research and drafting preliminary memoranda and reports;
Support partners and senior lawyers in the preparation of application dossiers for various licensing and other legal documents;
Attend meetings with clients and third parties;
Liaise with relevant authorities to deal with their requirements as well as to follow up the ongoing cases;
Perform other assignments delegated by partners and senior lawyers from time to time;
Further details regarding duties and responsibilities will be discussed at the interview.

University graduated in Law;
Have 4- 5 years working experience in law firms is preferable;
Advanced writing and speaking skills in both Vietnamese and English, especially in legal field;
Be able to work under high pressure;
Be able to work independently and as well as in a team;
Be able to work with and maintain highly confidential information;
Be ready to learn
Be diligent, agile, progressive, detail-oriented and careful.
