Junior/ Middle QC Engineer (Manual)

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop test plans (test plan, test case, test report);
• Responsible for checking and ensuring the output of products and services for PM;
• Perform UI testing, Integration testing, User Acceptance testing, API testing;
• Detect and report bugs and incidents arising during the testing process clearly and in detail;
• Suggest solutions to improve product quality and workflow;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop test plans;
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager;

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields;
• 2+ years of experience in Manual testing, have experience or knowledge of Automation testing is an advantage;
• Have experience working with E-commerce/ Shopify/ Magento/ Payment domains;
• Have knowledge and deep understanding of user behavior (end users) on commercial platforms;
• Deep understanding of software development and quality testing methods;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good logical and systematic thinking;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Experience in API testing using Postman, Swagger;
• Know how to use SQL;

As a big plus if:

• Have certificates related to the testing field;
• Good communication skills;
• Able to work under high pressure;
• Willing to learn new skills related to Automation testing, performance testing...;
