Junior Pilot Technician

Job Description

- Process Support: Assist in the transfer of new or existing processes, including basic data collection and reporting.

- Documentation: Support the process documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.

- Quality Assistance: Perform basic quality checks and assist in resolving minor issues during production start-up.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to understand and implement process requirements.

- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and internal standards.

- Other tasks and projects assigned by manager or supervisors.

Job Requirement

-          MOS:  (Word, Excel, Power Points) skill

-         Skills:  Basic Problem solving skill, Project / Time management Skill

-          Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.

-          Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related field.

-          Language: English or Chinese. (preferred but optional)
